एरोड्रम की जगह को कंटेनर डिपो के लिए निजी कंपनी को देने का विरोध, ग्रामीण बोले-यहां चरागाह, जल भराव क्षेत्र है

ग्रामीण बोले- मिलकर लड़ेंगे कानूनी लड़ाई

बधाल क्षेत्र के एरोड्रम की 180 बीघा जमीन को एक निजी लॉजिस्टिक्स कंपनी को देने के प्रस्ताव को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने विरोध जताया है। बधाल से इटावा मुख्य मार्ग के समीप बिजली निगम ग्रिड स्टेशन के पीछे एरोड्रम की सरकारी जमीन को एक लॉजिस्टिक्स कंपनी को कंटेनर डिपो के लिए लीज पर देने के प्रस्तावित मामले को लेकर ग्रामीण लामबंद हुए है।

इसके लिए बधाल पंचायत में कोरम की आपातकालीन बैठक हुई, जिसमें सर्वसम्मति से इस भूमि के आवंटन की प्रक्रिया को लेकर असहमति जताई गई। साथ ही और संभागीय आयुक्त और कलक्टर से शिकायत की गई है।

विरोध की ये मुख्य वजह संबंधित जिस भूमि पर कंटेनर डिपो बनना प्रस्तावित है उसकी आधे से अधिक भूमि पर हजारों खेजड़ी पेड़ हैं। इसके अलावा यह स्थान पशुओं के लिए विकसित चारागाह भी है। इस भूमि पर अकाल राहत कार्यों के तहत 3 दशक पूर्व कच्चे बांध का भी निर्माण किया गया था जो आज भी जल भराव क्षेत्र है।

यह एरोड्रम की जगह है, जहां आजादी से पहले हवाई जहाज उतरते थे। सन 2000 में तत्कालीन सांसद टोंक श्यामलाल बंसीवाल (तब यह क्षेत्र टोंक संसदीय क्षेत्र में आता था) ने यहां हवाई अड्डा बनाने के संबंध में प्रयास भी किए थे। जो जयपुर सांगानेर एयरपोर्ट के नजदीक होने से नही बन पाया। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि खाटूश्याम से 15 किमी दूर बधाल कस्बे में एरोड्रम की चिन्हित जमीन रहेगी तो भविष्य में हवाई अड्डा बनने की संभावना भी रहेगी।

भूमि पर जेजेएम के तहत बोरिंग करवाए गए है, जिनसे पेयजल आपूर्ति होनी है। पूर्व में भी इस क्षेत्र में कुएं बने हैं जो क्षेत्रवासियों की प्यास बुझाते आए हैं।

प्राइवेट फ्रंट टर्मिनल के लिए बधाल और इटावा पंचायत सीमा में 45 हैक्टेयर भूमि देना प्रस्तावित है। अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो सह निजी माल टर्मिनल की स्थापना के लिए निजी कंपनी की ओर से बधाल क्षेत्र में हवाई अड्डा के लिए भूमि आवंटन की मांग रखी गई है, जिसमे अधिकांश हिस्से में खेजड़ी के हजारों पेड़ व कच्चा बांध भी बना है।

मिलीभगत कर लाभ पहुंचाने का आरोप लगा रहे ग्रामीण

इधर, ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि संबंधित उच्चाधिकारियों से मिलीभगत कर निजी लॉजिस्टिक्स कंपनी गांव की बेशकीमती और गौरवपूर्ण जमीन पर कब्जा जमा रही है। इसके अलावा एक कंटेनर डिपो के लिए हजारों पेड़ों और ऐतिहासिक भूमि की बलि देना कतई मंजूर नहीं है। इसका ग्रामीण विरोध कर रहे हैं अगर जल्द ही उनकी मांग नहीं मांगी गई तो आंदोलन होगा।

ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि इस भूमि के कंटेनर डिपो के लिए लीज पर निजी कंपनियों के हाथों में देने के विरोध में स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के साथ आस-पास के गांवों के जनप्रतिनिधि भी समर्थन में आ गए हैं। इसके लिए कानूनी रूप से भी कार्रवाई ग्रामीणों द्वारा मिलकर की जाएगी। बड़ा जन आंदोलन किया जाएगा। इसके लिए आसपास के 10 ग्राम पंचायतों के सरपंच, पंचायत समिति सदस्यों और वार्ड पंचों ने आवंटन प्रक्रिया के विरोध में संभागीय आयुक्त और जिला कलेक्टर को पत्र लिखा है।

A thousand bighas of Pasture Land is being rejuvenated in Barakheda Panchayat: Pradeep Singh

 On 31 January Pradeep Singh, Sarpanch of Lakheri Gram panchayat expressed deep condolences on the death of former Maharao Brijraj Singh of Kota & said that he was the pride of Kota- Bundi- Jhalawar. He described Brijraj Singh as the guide of education to society. He described Maharao as an outspoken & a proclaimer of nationalist ideology. Sarpanch Hada said that out of 2700 by bighas of land of the gram panchayat 1000 bighas of land are being rejuvenated. Under this locks of khedkhed situated behind the Mahadev Ji temple are now being constructed with 2 points of 150-150 bighas. Trees will be planted near the ponds. The water that is being wasted in the canals will directly fill these ponds so they will always be filled with water. At the same time, there will be intensive plantation on the 700 bighas land under which neem, shisham, peepal will be planted along with other medicinal plants.

Hada said that SDM Yugantar Sharma has full attention on the area. At the same time, the LNT company is also helping in setting up new water stations. He said that with the help of village development officer Satyanarayan Saini & the employees of the panchayat development works are being initiated in the gram panchayat. He said that at one end of the panchayat there is Maze river & on the other side there is Chambel river & due to the construction of LNT road at the main gate the village panchayat will definitely see development in a few days.

Demand for Conservation of old Water Sources

Well in 250 bigha Pond, Used for quenching the thirst in the 1980s

The drinking water crisis started as soon as the water supply from the Kharda dam of the area had started. But despite such an emergency, the 250 bigha pond of the town has been in a miserable state. The wells and bawris in the pond are also in ruins whereas till the 1980s the people used to quench their thirst from this pond. The people say that at that time the town’s pond & wells were in useful condition for drinking water but now the people are facing the brunt due to the neglect of the ancient water sources. The condition is that the people now are dependent on the water department for the supply of drinking water. The condition of the pond remains unusable even after spending lakhs of rupees in MGNREGA for beautification and building a security wall in the pond complex. Villagers told that if the pond had been taken care of, the residents of the town would have gotten relief in case of the drinking water crisis. Before joining the Jawai canal pond the townspeople use to quench their thirst with these water sources in the drinking water crisis. Villagers who had seen that period said that if the Jawai pipeline would not have been linked, there would have been no problem related to the storage of water in Rohat nor the pond would have reached in unusable condition.

Before connecting with the Jawai canal, 5 beris & 1 stepwell built-in pond complex used to be crowded:

In the 1980s drinking water problem was solved by connecting Rohat pond with the Jawai canal. In the pond premises, the villagers used to quench their thirst by taking water from stepwells - Rawali Beri, Brahmani Beri, Panchayati Beri, Chhatri ka Beri, and Amruti Beri. Radio river was used for bathing, but after the water supply from Jawai was started, water is being filled in 2 small storage tanks, which is not enough.

Demand has been made to connect the pipeline of Rohat to Kudi Haud with the pond

During the demonstration related to the spread of diseases & hard water, the villagers demanded that the pipeline coming from Kudi  Haud to Rohat be connected with the pond. Villagers say that this will help in improving the utility of the pond and at the same time the residents of the town will get relief by improving the storage & drinking water crisis.

Ponds became unstable due to neglect

Former Zilla Parishad Kesar Singh Parihar, Former Deputy Sarpanch Manaram Dewasi said that we have seen the situation before the Jawi canal was connected to the pond during 1980. During that time, the pond used to quench the thirst from existing beris. Presently, due to the neglect the water sources, the pond has become unusable. Instead of connecting the Jawai pipeline to the water supply department, if it had been connected to the pond then the water sources would not have become unusable. In the event of a drinking water crisis, there would have been relief for the people & the surrounding.

Petition against the encroachment of the way on the Rewara pond- Chittaurgarh

The road along the bund of the pond in Rewara village has been illegally encroached. The villagers led by Sarpanch Ratan Lal submitted a petition to the Tahsildar. In the petition, it was informed that Devi Lal’s son Girdhari dhobi of the village had encroached on the government pond by digging the foundation. When villagers persuaded Girdhari Lal to not encroach the land, he started fighting. He is also bent on destroying the govt land & due to the encroachment, the road is blocked. 

At the time when the petition was submitted many villagers including Ganpat Singh, Devraj Singh, Mithalal , Harilal Jaat, Rajmal Jaat, Bhagwan Singh, Rameshwarlal were present.
