The Pastures of Nimaj & Kheda Devgarh had been encroached by making Kaccha & Pucca constructions for a very long time & the high court finally directed to remove the encroachment. Tehsildar Jaitaran issued notices in compliance with the Public Interest Litigation filed in the High Court. Tehsildar Nirbharam Kodecha told that regarding the encroachment in Patwari Circle Nimaz 1 Khasra 933, 933/4, 1129/1, 1129/28, Patwari Circle Nimaz 2 Khasra number 1975 & Kheda Devgarh Khasra number 1975/1 the High Court should take into compliance with the PIL filed in Jodhpur & issue a 15 days notice to the encroachers to remove the encroachment. If the encroachment is not removed within 15 days, the administration will take action to remove the encroachment.
