Goputra Army organised a rally demanding the removal of encroachment of the pasture lands.

Demanding the removal of encroachment from pastures, the appointment of a veterinary doctor in the region and raised enrage against the government decision of issuing lease (patta) on pasture grounds. Rally was organised by the Goputra army with the support of Tehsil President Bheraram Prajapati and   Karan Singh Bhati th District president Karni Sena and presented a plea to deputy divisional officer Ajay Amrawat in the name of the Chief Minister and Collector.  The crowd sang cow bhakti songs and waved saffron flags. They arrived at the divisional office via Marwari Bazar, Sindhi bazaar, from Auwa road. Tehsil President Prajapat Musaliya informed that the land mafia had illegally encroached on pastures in the Marwar region. Several demands were made in this direction, but no action was taken by the officials. In this case, a survey should be carried out in each village with the assistance of the sarpanch in order to clear the pastures of encroachment so that the cows can return to their natural habitat. According to tehsil treasurer Mahendra Kumar Savrad  there is a paucity of veterinary doctors in the Marwar tehsil, . Due to a lack of treatment, the cows are dying.

On this occasion Karansingh Bhati, district president of Karni Sena, Convener of Culture protection institute Indra Singh & other officials were present.
